Canary Technologies Now Available on Oracle Cloud Marketplace

Canary Technologies, a provider of guest management and Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant payment solutions, and a member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), announced Canary’s Guest Management System is available on Oracle Cloud Marketplace and can be deployed with the Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform (OHIP) for Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud customers. Oracle Cloud Marketplace is a centralized repository of enterprise applications offered by Oracle and Oracle partners.

Canary’s guest-facing technology platform enables hoteliers to increase revenue, reduce fraud and chargebacks, and enhance the guest experience with modern solutions like contactless check-in, contactless checkout, guest messaging, digital authorizations and more. Canary’s two-way integration with OHIP enables important data to securely flow between both systems, provides more opportunities to enhance workflows and increase automation, and allows Canary’s team to help customers integrate the two solutions. Specific features enabled by this new integration include pre-registration, profile and reservation updates, full PCI compliant credit card tokenization and payment processing.

Oracle Cloud Marketplace is a one-stop shop for Oracle customers seeking trusted business applications offering unique business solutions, including ones that extend Oracle Cloud Applications. Oracle Cloud is an enterprise cloud that delivers massive, non-variable performance and next generation security across a comprehensive portfolio of services including SaaS, application development, application hosting, and business analytics. Customers get access to leading compute, storage, data management, security, integration, HPC, artificial intelligence (AI), and Blockchain services to augment and modernize their critical workloads. Oracle Cloud runs Oracle Autonomous Database, the industry's first and only self-driving database.

“Joint customers will benefit immensely from the two-way integration between our systems,” said Canary Co-founder and Principal Harman Singh Narula. “Connecting Canary with Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud via the OHIP integration can significantly reduce deployment times and implementation costs for hotels. We are very proud to be one of the first guest-facing hotel technology providers to launch a two-way integration via OHIP and it’s been an honor to work on this project with the Oracle Hospitality team.”
