    This past April, Hospitality Technology magazine announced the winners of the Hotel Visionary Awards at the annual Hotel Technology Forum. The 2013 awards were presented to four forward-thinking hotels in two categories: Infrastructure Innovator and Guest-Facing Innovator. The 2013 honorees are: Hyatt Hotels, Choice Hotels International, Conrad Hotels & Resorts and Red Roof Inn. The executives behind the innovative initiatives share their stories.
